Its a great starter machine and i use it still as my primary machine when doing fab work for customers. I also have some welding tutorials on the channel. If you want to check them out. And On behalf of the "buddy"(s) who usually gets asked for stuff , thank you😂
My brother got one of these with flux core wire. I borrowed it to fix 6 metal folding chairs which had broken supports. This was especially impressive as the metal on these chairs is paper thin. I think I only burned through once, and even then I was able to tap weld and fill in that hole fairly easily. These chairs with cushions cost about $45 in Walmart. So I saved almost 300 with this one repair job, that took maybe 30 minutes. Next time I have a project I'll just buy this welder as it will nearly pay for itself by then.
I have the titanium unlimited 200 and I love it. Great little inverter box for the money. I think mine was around $600 when i bought mine a few years ago.
I bought the titanium 200 about 3 years ago. Never had a problem yet. The only problem is that the LED display is hard to see in bright sun light when I'm welding outside.
Good review. I Just picked up the Titanium unlimited 200 at Harbor Freight about a month ago for $559. I waited almost a year and a half for the sale price I wanted, 30% off the regular $799 price. I've only tried it on 120v flux core and 3/32" 6013 stick @70amps. I use 6013's with an old buzz box so that is what I had on hand. Welder was working pretty hard to maintain arc after first inch or so. I think it started out ok because of the hot start setting.
I haven't had issues on 115v when I need to use it. I definitely prefer 240v just for the extera power and single pass abilities but if your running flux core and DCEN its no slouch on 115v! Ive welded 3/16 diamond plate with no problems. And once you finally do get a 240v plug its like a hole new machine
I have run it off my Predator Inverter geni with no issues. I am told you need to run an inverter geni to get clean power. A non inverter geni will fry the boards. Thats what I am told anyway. Thanks for watching.
You used two contact tips in 2 years. You obviously don’t use that welder much. Theres days were I can burn threw 2 in an hour and I dip my nozzle in gears every other pass
I have a 170 and I just upgraded to a 200 myself and I love em! I use it for everything! Even building my demolition derby cars! I do agree, the knobs sensitivity is frustrating but we work around it
I like my titanium unlimited 200 only down side is MiG wire stick out we found has to be much further than half a inch needs to be more like a couple inches for it to not get porosity build up plugging up the tip. It would’ve been nice to have the pedal control for tig maybe that’s the trade off getting that versus the Vulcan multiprocessor you can get the pedal tig bought separately
I hate this welding machine
The 170 is definitely sick. Mine happened to have issues. Idk if it was the motor or something on the circuit board butnit would always stop. Sometimes it would run good for a while but it would always stop at some point even after letting it rest for a good while. Sometimes I’d leave it alone for days and it stop 2 mins after firing it up. I always have bad luck with stuff like this. But I’m thinking of buying another hopefully it goes well this time
Bro I just started using mine after leaving it five years. When I put it on 140A or even 60, it’s eating the electrode! Iv got it hooked to argon, 3/32 thoriated tungesten and everything.
I bought same exact one a year ago and am learning how to mig weld using 110. I run mine off the predator 8,750 watt generator. Works perfectly. I love the features of this welder. I spent maybe 1,500 or less and bought a argon 75% tank thats kind of small but not the smallest one. I upgraded to the bigger stand they had. So far so good. Ive repaired my companies equipment. Welded mower parts and am installing new exhaust flanges on my gf’s car today with it. I love the way this welder looks. Love the green with red dials. Pro’s and cons of the titanium 200 unlimited. Pros 200 amp 240v or 110volt for dual outlet types/flexibility Looks absolutely amazing Not too expensive at all Well built/quality construction overall Has 12lb spool capability Cons Gas gauge fluctuated and might want to consider upgrading that unit. Ground clamp is a tad thin but still works fine. Mig torch is good but not great. May want to upgrade down the road. Overall I absolutely love mine and I use it in my lawn care/landscaping business coupled with my predator 8,750 watt generator to power my whole garage! 💪🤘 Great video thanks for sharing!
I bought one of these and it wouldn’t spin a spool out of the box I use it as a 110 stick welder and light tig.
I bought mine 4 years ago make a lot of metal projects run about 19 large spools through it
3 years after purchase and Ive used mine plenty, no issues, and no regrets
@jackofalltrades7822 It has the size 30 and flux wire is also 30. The roller doesn't have grooves unless that was changed from long ago when I welded. Everything is aligned ok. I'll check everything again. Theres a extra roller in the bag. Maybe I'm using to much tension but I adjusted it a few times. Without the spring tension and the wire it's running fine. I'll adjust things again. I appreciate your help.
Your kid will love this welder. I'm a welder for a living and I have this one for home use and it's been great for the 3.5 years I've had it.
I've spent hours flux welding with this welder. Its been awesome. Haven't picked up any gas. Probably should, I just have access to a lot of flux wire for next to nothing, so thats what I've been doing, and it does it great.
The Vulcan is better built have brass gears instead of plastic like the titanium ,I got me a Titanium and took it back and pay a little more and got me the Vulcan 215 and never have any problems .I could not get the gas to come out in the Titanium welder that was the problem and I have been welding for like 30 years
I have the same machine but I keep melting my tungsten immediately after striking an ark using 3/32 blue and 25cfm argon
I still use it and it has worked well. Thanks for watching.
I bought one of these machines and I love it. I grew up with an old Lincoln stick welder, so having 2 types of Mig, Tig and Stick in one machine is fantastic. I use it on 110v for most of my body panels on the old 56 I am restoring, but I had 220v plug installed in my shop, and ordered a 25' extension cord, on Amazon, so I can move it around the car to work. Fyi, you can get an extension cord for $35 that is 25 feet. You can not build one for that!! This is a nice little unit and I am truly thankful there is a Harbor Freight in my town for this old guy to have a decent shop! :) And I also bought one of those nice little carts too. I did add a couple pieces of angle iron for a better support for big gas bottle. Very good little welder!!
I bought the Titanium 200 a couple of years ago also. I absolutely love it! Although I would like to have another machine as a dedicated stick. I did buy a dedicated Titanium TIG machine because I found that I really enjoyed the tig portion of this machine and it got me started doing a lot more TIG. So one more machine, a small stick machine just because of its portability. I do have a huge Millermatic that weighs a ton, but I like the portability of these harbor freight Titanium machines. I have used all functions of my Titanium 200 and run several spools of wire through. It works great with no problems.
MIne stopped working in less than 2 years..with moderate to light use
To save money and I have only used the mig setting. Everything else is still in the box, years later.
I've had mine since 2020 and I love it . When my millermatic went out I was looking around and my son worked at harbor freight and he got me the 200 .The only issue I've had are the nobs are to sincative. I put I flat peice of fome behind each nob. Now when I bump it they stay set .
I have three of these and I love them all. The flux 125, stick 225, and Unlimited 200 (use it solely for MIG)
I bought this and is created all cold weld inspire of all different setting I adjusted , no exceptable to my customer so I take back tomorrow , expensive and no good.
I have the same welder and have been using it for 2 years now, built lots of little and big projects and it has worked flawlessly. I installed 240 receptacle in my garage and it works well on thick metals used to make HD bumpers. I found my welder at my local HF as an open box with the same cart for $550 together. I could not pass up the opportunity. It is a very good welder and so far it is stout and runs past its listed duty cycle without overheating or tripping breakers. Definitely worth the money for a hobbyist. Thanks for such a great in depth review!
Shoooooooot, that’s awesome that you got to test all of these. I have the Titanium Unlimited 200 multi process machine and it is a very great welder, I’ve had it for a couple of years and have completed some really intricate projects that I use in my home and most recently a Move bumper kit for my buddies Chevy Silverado 2500 diesel. The welder never has any issues at all and any issues with welds has always been operator error. I also have the stick welder 225 inverter and it’s a small but mighty beast! I can’t say enough about the quality of these systems.
I'm on my 3rd one and I've completed about 2 feet of weld. First one never worked wouldn't turn on. Second one had some nutty thing with the motor -it would ramp up faster than you set or slow way down randomly...brand new. Dog shit manufacturers
I have a titanium stick 225 and I have absolutely 0 complaints with it. Other than the fact the amp dial isn’t very precise. But other than that absolutely no complaints. Smoothest running stick welder I’ve ran and we ran Miller industrial welders at school. I’m looking to replace mine that got hurt in a barn collapse. I’m stuck between this one and the firepower (ESAB) MST200 for $100 more. Hard choice lol
I got the titanium series and love it. Unlimited 200 mig tig and stick 110 and 220 plugs. Welded my whole axle truss this weekend no issues
Yes, I was able to run 6011 3/32 at 36 amps without any issues, 7018 1/8 rods would trigger my breakers if I tried to burn the entire rod.
I can not get a 7018 rod to stay weldimg it only lets me strike a arc but does not stay welding just allows me to strike it
I'm a professional pipe fitter/welder and tank builder/welder and I own the 140 multi. Stick welding is the only issue. I can only run 1/8th and 3/32 inch rods. I need this machine to run 5/32 rod at 130-140. I use mine in an industrial setting. Scratch start is fine for tig welding. You just hold the tungsten above the material and scratch the filler rod across it to start. The only issue is the torch doesn't have a flex head. Convenience I guess. The stick weld lead is decent. Kinda awkward at first as its. Ot a 400 amp head that we use at work. Other than that. It's lightweight and you don't want to throw any of it around as it is not heavy duty. You can however buy an after market Miller or radnor tig torch with flex head, but the attachment to run your stick lead to it, switch to tig, hook up gas in line. And it works beautifully. Been doing it for the last 2 weeks doing a half billion dollar plant with a 400 dollar welder with a 300 dollar tig torch. Doing all 304 stainless with some 316 stainless. Our company bought the protig bmvulcans and they run good too. With the same flexible head tig torches. If you don't do that. Then get the stubby ceramic tig kit for 65 bucks. It changes the collet body and head to a much better setup.
Bought one when it first came out about 4+yrs ago when I first went to welding school, major diffuser issue, did I complain, did I return it, NO! Took a tap to it and made it so it would except Vulcan tips, this thing is unbeatable but cheaply made that just won’t stop working, and work well. I have thrown out the most awesome MiG dimes on trailer builds, and flux for some insane monster gate side job builds. The market has changed since I bought mine, many players now in the welding market, I’m just commenting on personal experience.
Mine does the same but it welds fine. I thought something was wrong also since I purchased mine second hand
Mine takes a split second. They have pre and post gas, the gas starts before the wire feeds, and for a moment after the wire stops
Older clip I own one of these . I'm just a tinker kind of guy k. I myself can't complian on the machine at all. Now with that in mind I've welded with stick function does pretty well at some thicker bonds but currently I'm playing with some body work as mentioned I'm finding the steel I'm bonding together is too thin. This machine doesn't cut back enough . Not a con per say but just keep it mind. Over all I'm very happy with it.
It works great. I actually gave it to a friend when I got my yes welder 7 in 1 and he is still using it. Thanks for watching.
Yup, still no problems and it still makes metal stick together. Thanks for watching.
50 amp is best but 30 amp will work. Mines on a 30 amp.
I've had the same machine for 2 years and had no issues at all. One thing people should know, which I didn't, dual voltage machines like this don't have much output on 120v. If you even want to run 1/8" rods you need to use the 240v plug. Not a problem if you have that available.
My Unlimited 200 dose that also. It seems to only do it after a long bead
Good review. I had the 170 and it was solid for light steel applications. But my friend has a 200 and I welded a fair amount on it. I decided to return the 170 and give the 200 a try. The 200 is solid also but I find with the added power and especially with heavier gauge steel that it plows through and produces a better weld. Most home DIY folks in their garage could make it with the 170 for sure.
@fml5910 I've Also acquired the unlimited 200 titanium. I've loved it throughout this time we've had together, and I've pushed it as hard as I could. Other than the guns it came with, and thenot having dcen capabilities I've no complaining. Just love the machine. I Also bought the titanium plasma. Love it love it love it,!
I have the TITANIUM Unlimited 200 Professional Multiprocess Welder and it's done everything I've asked of it. MIG, TIG (no pedal), or arc, it does it all and doesn't skip a beat. No issues in over a year.
I love my 200 but I also use tig as well still have new stick but it's best I've ever had 👍🏾👌🏾💪🏾
I also own the Titanium unlimited 200 it been working great for over 3 years now. The TIG is a DC only TIG so aluminum is out for that machine unless you buy a spool gun. These welders are AC/DC welders and both are high frequency start.
I am 25 years old for starters. No real prior experience besides watching my dad. Bought the titanium 125 flux core welder for little projects and loved it. About 6 months ago i bought this welder. I have since then used this welder to fund a whole outfitted rig and fashion my own business and soon will pay for certification for welding. Even though i have a big fancy welder now i will still take this welder and a generator across a muddy field to fix a farmers tractor. I have used and abused it and smiles every day for me. Im not saying this welder is the end all be all. It has its limitations. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to start out with small jobs or at home.
I have the Titanium 200 also, today's date is January like the 5th 2022 so I know this is a little bit older but at the time I have mine maybe 3 or 4 years it's the older style like yours is which I like much better better, than newer one they just came out with . as far as the machine goes I have it. I have a couple machines different brands Primeweld Weld 180 miG and Primeweld 225 tig , and some other machines Lincoln 140, Prime world plasma cutter 60 I love it but I really like this it's not a bad machine for the money , I've had no problems I haven't about 3 to 4 years maybe and never had an issue with it I hope you enjoyed what's yours . The reasons I got the Primeweld is the tig in the 200 works I just fine for Scratch start . I wanted a foot pedal and a better torch you can't add on to that By the way I did have a problem with it not really a problem the Regulator I couldn't get it to work quite right so I got another one right away off Amazon that's really the only issue I really had with it may have been me though I use a predator 9000 generator I'll buy machines they work fine no problem on the 9,000 The privator generator only has a 30 amp to 220 on my 9000 you can get 50 app which I highly recommend if you can get one then you get more power out of the machine When I open mind the 1st thing I do was stick it works fantastic with the stick then I put them in the middle and I didn't flex score worked fantastic then I went and got my bottle I got the big going and I'll tell you what I was impressed the tape worked fine I just want the food but I would highly recommend this machine for the money it's not bad but you can get better deals If you buy this machine you'll do alright
I have had 2, took the first back because when turned on it would come on for 3 sec, shut off and reboot back on. Yours didn't do that, do you think it is a problem? I couldn't get an answer from HF as no one has used it and the support line doesn't answer. The second one does exactly the same...
I’ve got the unlimited 200. Used mainly for MIG. I upgraded the gun and lead from HTP. It’s a15ft and of much better quality. I’ve used the welder a ton and it’s did everything I’ve ever asked of it!
I'm using this welder now on it's 3rd year. I build custom motorcycles along with other various fabrication projects. The welder might get 30 hrs a week use on average. I've had no problems with the machine to this point. Only repairs have been regular wear out parts.
I bought the 200 a little over a year ago. Overall I like the machine. I did replace the ground clamp with the nice brass one that H.F. sells. The only other complaint I have, is that for whatever reason, every now and then when I release the trigger it will feed about 4 inches of wire out of the gun. It gets a little annoying, but I cut it and move on. My machine also runs a little different than the guide inside the lid. It's about an amp off in most cases with .035 wire. If I were a professional that needed this machine every day, I would spend the money on a Miller. But I'm not. So for a multi process machine this one is well priced and I can use it to learn TIG. I have everything I need now (including gas) but the free time. Lol
I got the same welder and came to the same conclusion, if I were to do it again I'd get the 170. That extra 30 amps is only available on the tig setting by the way, so if you're only doing mig the 200 and 170 are effectively identical. I've also found the recommended settings in the Miller smartphone app to be MUCH better that the recommended settings under the side cover on the machine.
1000% got this welder because you used it. I have built my 78 f250 D44 front axle, trussed, one ton steering and front radius arms so far. Did i mention I was an arc welder and never really used mig. Best welds I have ever made. Thanks for sharing dude. You and Nate are my go to for TJ content and tips. I tell my friends I am building my TJ for PNW trails hahahaha. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas everyone.
I started on that HF flux welder. The Titanium 200 is night and day better. Makes welding something less frustrating, at least for me.
Great welder. I have had mine for 3 years now and it's great. Mig gun needs to be replaced after 3 years of abuse. Learning TIG on it now, definitely harder than learning MIG but just gotta practice. Stick works great when I used it.
Yes, it’s not bad, I haven’t had any issues with too much spatter. And it’s usually around 16-18.
I just went out and turned mine on and ran it. It pre flows for under a second maybe 1 second before it starts the wire feed, but shuts off immediately when I release the trigger. But I went back and watched video of me welding and it does seem to stay on for about a second after I release the trigger. I don’t feel like I am going through an excessive amount of gas though. 2-3 seconds pre and post, does seem excessive.
@michaelelliott2026 thank you for the reply. I’ve been floored at how much shielding has it has used so far. I’m gunna try better gauges first and see if that fixes it
I purchased the Titanium 200 last year. My main welder is a MillerMatic 175 but it was 20 years old so I wanted a backup. I was so curious about the “new” line of HF welders I could not resist and ended up buying the Titanium 200 when it was on a 20% off sale. The first project I used it on was an outdoor fire pit. It welded great but there was one problem—Like you noted, it used an outrageous amount of gas. In particular, I noticed that it had almost 2 full seconds of pre-flow and maybe 2-3 seconds of post-flow. Sorry, but that is crazy and completely unnecessary for a mig welder. After blowing through two tanks of gas I eventually took it back and exchanged it for the MigMax 215. I actually like the torch better on the 200 (fits my hand better for some reason), and the welds are comparable, but the MigMax 215 did not blow out half of every gas tank while I am not actually welding. While I cannot be sure, I believe my 200 may have been defective as I have never used a mig welder that consumed so much gas. Bottom line—ask around to others who actually have one and see if they have the same problem. You may be like me and received a defective unit.
I have the same one and zero issues!! I’ll be using it to put a Barnes truss on a Ford 8.8 axle this weekend 👍🏼
Howdy fellas, good news yes its a good welder and has variables too adjust ur weld puddle so that was nice,i too bought the 200 titanium, bad news i didnt get the extended warranty cause i was sold on its good reviews a bad mistake after less than a yr of use the wire feeder has died.yes i can still tig or stick weld.but when i went back to harbor frieght to see if i could have it repaired they told me they have no service center to send to even at my own cost.basicilly im screwed!!lucky for me i had an older 140 flux core welder i was able to finish my atv trailer project with.so buyer beware protect urself get the warrenty.by the i checked for blown fuse, none exists!!snookie pa.👍💥🖐
Got this same one as well and have been loving. Starting on some DC TIG welding too with it.👍
I bought the exact same welder a year ago to teach myself how to weld. I have gone through way more tips than you have but I didn't know what I was doing. I really like it.
🙋 Hi I have this 200 for 2 yrs + works great. Also when to Primeweld now with I do like much beer. The thing I don't like is the TIG . No foot petal ! Can't put one on 👎 I do have the spool gun also. Never used it let. I thing Primeweld is so much more for the money 3 yrs on the warranty a big + H/ F 1 yr. You buy thr rest from H/F . Primeweld and H/ F so much more for Primeweld than you get from H/F + you got to try there 225 Tig wow great A/C D/C Tig . Foot pedal plus and lots more I payed about $700 for it . Also have the Primeweld plasma cuter 60 about $ 650 wow great cutter also setup for cnc which I have on a CNC TABLE WORK GREAT. One it's a better cutter and cheaper. But I would not put out H/F , there are not to bad , I do like mine too, one thing try out sick welding on it , I was surprised. Wow work great Great welds on sick and Mig . I Leaning Tig right now on my Primeweld 225. For now. YOU will like the H/F but it's not that cheep . I hope it holes up , The thing I worried about it sitting out in the cold cold shop at times for weeks , just got out hospital, was not in my shop for 5 months. It's cold , do these things like cold ? I hope you enjoy your 200 and last forever ❤ and all good things come from it ! God Bless 🙏 you all and A MERRY XMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR 🙏
Thanks for the input! For "pretty" welds I'll sometimes drag depending on position the application of the weld. With this welder wire and settings I don't see any difference in weld quality or penetration when drag is compared to push
Have mine for two years right next to the Miller. Both my my in house mechanic and me grabs this machine instead of the Miller almost every time. If your doing anything production, don't get it. But the welds are clean and deep enough.
23:09 I show you the settings and even turn the knobs. 180 wire speed and 18 on the voltage. 110 v ac was the supply power. I didn’t have any 3/8 but will get some and try it. The requires 220 and I have that now so I will do a follow up with heavier material.
I have one and I like. Both.
Thanks for watching. I hope it works out for you. I just used mine last night and it is still working great.
I had that same Hobart, but I sold it, this one's a smoother machine, but a little cooler as you say
I have both and can say from my experience the Hobart 210 mvp burns much hotter. Its a much heavier duty machine. But weights like tank not portable. The titanium 200 is a feather and versatile . I like both.
i just bought one and I really like it. I am learning and i agree, its a perfect machine to learn multiple processes.
I've been welding for 10 years and this little guy does great. I have an SA200 on my rig I use for pipe welding but it's loud and not practical in the neighborhood. If I'm doing home projects or little side gigs this machine is my go to. I'm confident it will weld good enough to pass a welding test. I've been thinking of doing a 6G pipe test on some small bore with an actual WPS and see if it'll make xray quality welds lol. I've had lincoln and miller for the shop and this titanium actually not only compares but excels in some aspects especially in the mig portion on autobody. Great video by the way just subbed!
Thanks for watching. It is a positive review at this point. I will be curious as to how long it lasts but only time will tell. It welds very nice on 110v. I now have 220 in my garage and plan to do a short welding with 220v and see how it does.
I love mine way better than my old Lincoln especially when you have to heft it up a ladder on top of a kitchen Hood to weld in the grease duct through ceiling grid and you're by yourself 🤣🤣🤣 been using mine for about a year now also I especially love the dual voltage capacity of it for when I only have ease of access to 110 the other thing I like about it is it has better penetration on flux core wire than my Lincoln does set at 220 of course
@flydaddy55 It's got the correct drive roller in it. I've had the pressure where you could stop the wire feed and I've had it tight where it could push thru a brick wall. It just seems sometimes the feed rate is erratic, especially at slower speeds for really thin sheet metal. Up about 18v and 220ipm it seems fine. I've got it on 240 now, so I'll see how it works.
Great review, Ive had my titanium 200 for over a year and it is rock solid. I got the two year warranty also, no brainer. TIG works great other than drag to start, but no big deal. Ive welded tons of stuff, just got done building a 20' !4,000# tandem trailer from scrap steel I picked up and it turned out real nice. just subscribed to the channel. Again, really good review.
I bought that same welder about nine months ago and has work very well for me so far. And I’ve used it for frame repair on trailers to welding in patch panels on vehicles. I have no complaints.
It’s not a gem or junk. It is worth it’s price, but if your a professional welder you will find the drive rolls not very robust, I sold mine and bought a Lincoln Power MIG 210 MP Multi Process Welder. I still plan to upgrade to a better welder again so that I can use a longer whip with Tweco gun.
I've got the 170 version, same cart. Love my rig. The Vulcan hood is a nice touch also.
I got one and I am not certified but I think it tig weld's pretty good especially if you are just starting
@jackofalltrades7822 I've had it for a year an a half. I love it. Makes my welds so much better than flux core. I've built a benchtop ring roller, a 34lb bench vise and several targets and stands for shooting sports. Made a few steel 3/8" plate targets beveled on both sides on one pass. Withstands 9mm and .357 mag, great little machine. I see you surpassed 1k subscribers congrats! I'll watch your other vids too. Cheers🍻
@Mikefestiva I still use my dynasty 300DX anyway. I did however pick up a titanium unlimited 200 the other day. Works pretty good and better than lugging my htp240 from my barnshop to my garage shop.
I just got one of these. I need to play with the speed settings. they seem a little to fast.on the door. I get a lot of spatter compared to my htp240.
I love my TU 200 awesome welder
The MIG and stick are excellent. I am not a good TIG welder but it does TIG weld ok but that is not why I bought this machine. Thanks for the sub.
It sucks if you expect to use it to learn how to weld for your job. Its wire feeder is super slow and it doesnt even have "inches per minute" ...the numbers are just some numbers. I DO THIS FOR A LIVING. ITS GOT ENOUGH VOLTS BUT THE FEED IS CHILDSPLAY. GARBAGE UNLESS U WANNA TIG....WORTH ABOUT 350$ TO ME. THANK YOU. *update- i heard my friend plugged it into 220v and it did allow you to speed up the feed to be a industrial thickness welder....
Good stuff 👍 Personally, I just got a HF Titanium Unlimited 200 as that's my budget level. Only done about 15 minutes of welding on it so far, but pretty impressed with it. Consumables are standard sizes as well.
I used a 10 gauge harbor freight extension cord cut the end off put 220 plugs on both ends.I do wrought iron work and cage builds. so it is not continued use, works great.
I have the same welder, I love it for light gauge metal. It does great both flux core and mig.
I picked up one of these 200 titanium's a while back I guess about eight or nine months ago I love it except for one thing it works fantastic no problems there the problem I have with this machine is there ( No FOOT PEDEL ) ! I was. A beginning welder did not know !! when I bought mine I was told there will be one available later only find out there's not even a way to hook it up piss me off trying to TIG with scratch start sure can be done go through a lot because of it and Cetera pretty hard to control it to compared to a foot pedal otherwise on a one-to-ten scale I would give it a ten if it had the foot pedal but because of that I give it a 6 it is. { THAT IMPORTANT } to me for the foot pedal and a lot of - other people it works fantastic it's a great machine except for that one thing and it's not that cheap .. if and when I can afford it I'm going to go talk to them this week about a trading I hear they may let you upgrade your if you don't have it. Long and have extended warranty which I never bought but because it's the welder I did buy it the extended warranty first time ever in that case I will get the Vulcan multiprocessor the Vulcan one comes with everything but it don't come with the TIG torch that's okay I'll buy one that's no big deal I just want the foot pedal and everything else the walking multiprocessor one is pretty decent little more money the thousand-dollar range if they let me trade it up that's what I'm going to do don't get me wrong it is a great machine it works fantastic 110 220 of course 220 works the best like any machine good luck with it you didn't do babe God bless have fun I almost forgot I've been practicing real hard and using it real hard no problems at all except for my stupidity at times does doing dumb things
